At present Bespoke Glass Structures are looking at ways to both refine its existing product ranges and develop new products to cater for the ever-evolving needs of its clients. We invest heavily in R&D and product testing to ensure that all products achieve the highest levels of safety and quality.
Bespoke Glass Structures currently have five full time draughtsman producing 2D and 3D drawings to the highest quality including: detailing & fabrication drawings; components, assemblies & setting out drawings; visualisations; engineering, (glass wind loading & structural calculations for all types of glazed and metal structures); Leica 'BLK' 3D surveys.
  • 1. Structural reviews including
    metalwork, bolt connections, screws, glazing units, fascias, cills, etc...
  • 2. Structural review and approval of any site applied silicone.
    Structural bonding, compliance with all QA and testing requirements outlined in ETAG 002 for structural silicone. Dow Corning 'Cool' review which includes: Design assessments (print reviews)
    • Sample tests; change suggestions
    • Warranty documentation and approvals
  • 3. Glass risk assessment
  • 4. Technical submittals for all the fixings, components, sealants, and membranes utilised in the design.
  • 5. Confirmation of all compatibility and bond for materials in contact.
  • 6. Thermal checks and condensation risk analysis
